Port access shirts are tops designed with an opening near the chest port area. The useful difference is not just the zipper or opening itself. It is that the port area can open without pulling down the whole neckline or moving the entire shirt.

Wear something that lets the chest port area be reached without making you uncover more than needed. A roomy V-neck, button-up shirt, cardigan, zip hoodie, or tank with an open outer layer may work.
